The author,  Julien, is a rocket scientist with a passion for Scandinavians. He lived in a variety of cultures, speaks four languages and held a number of important board positions. He helps businesses and governments to better benefit from diversity. He also holds lectures, courses and workshops that bridge cultural gaps. He is known from Norwegian national TV and TEDx. He was handed the TOP 10 award by HRH Crown Prince Haakon of Norway for his outstanding contributions.
