Örjan Hallberg is an engineer who has been working in the telecommunications industry since he got his MSc degree in electrical engineering at Chalmers in 1966. He has worked in the Telecommunications Authority, Ellemtel, and in the Ericsson Group with quality and reliability issues and also served as Environmental Manager for two major business areas within Ericsson. When failure statistics of electronics begins to pull away in the wrong direction, the company may suddenly face up with extremely costly problems, had Örjan experienced. Since 1998, when his interest for the increasing melanoma incidences first awakened, his research has so far resulted in 50 articles and presentations in scientific medical journals and at international conferences.
